Some FFLs may have an existing FastBound subscription that that want to link with a new or existing MicroBiz POS store.
Here are the steps to do this.
1) Connect MicroBiz with FastBound
2) Pull FastBound Contacts into MicroBiz as Customers
Using the Contacts tab in the FastBound Integration Wizard, you can link a FastBound contact to an existing MicroBiz customer. You can do this in bulk or by line. When you press the link icon on a customer line. MicroBiz will first try to match the contact>customer by name or phone number. If no match is found, MicroBiz will create a customer record in MicroBiz with the FastBound contact data. If a match of a phone or name is found, MicroBiz will displayed the contact and customer and allow you to confirm the match.
3) Import products and associated serial numbers of items in your FastBound subscription.

Importing Beginning Stock Levels - As a second step, you must import the beginning/current stock balances of the products contained in FastBound. Note that Open Stock must be equal or greater to the number of serial numbers in stock for this SKU/Model.
Importing Serial Numbers contained in FastBound - As a third step, you must import or add the serial numbers of the items in FastBound.

Result: You will now have MicroBiz customers linked to FastBound contacts and have products wiith serial number that match the serial numbers in FastBound. As a result, when you add a serial number to a MicroBiz customer order and start a disposition, MicroBiz will match the serial number of the item between MicroBiz and FastBound for the disposition.
