Available automations
---------------------
Welcome - Sends when a customer becomes subscribed (waiver opt-in
or staff subscribe)
Waiver expiring - Sends before a range waiver expires (only if Range Management is enabled)
Each automation sends once per customer or per waiver submission. Duplicates are prevented automatically.
Configure automations
---------------------
1. Open Automations in Marketing Hub.
2. Select an automation.
3. Choose the email template.
4. Toggle Active on or off.
5. For waiver expiring, set days before expiry (default 14).
Welcome email
-------------
- Fires when status changes to Subscribed.
- Uses merge tags: {{firstName}}, {{storeName}}, {{unsubscribeUrl}}
- Recommended: keep enabled for new list signups.
Waiver expiring reminder
------------------------
- Only visible when your organization has Range Management.
- Scans customers with a valid waiver expiring within N days.
- Requires subscribed email status and a mailable address.
Tips
----
- Test by subscribing a test customer and confirming one welcome email arrives.
- Turn off automations during major template edits if you want to avoid partial sends.
