Marketing access levels

-----------------------

Each role has a Marketing permission:

None   — No access to Marketing Hub

View   — See campaigns, automations, audiences, and customers; cannot send

           or edit

Manage — Create and send campaigns, edit automations and segments, change

           customer consent (staff note required)

Admin  — Everything in Manage, plus Marketing Settings (reply-to, CAN-SPAM

           address)

Set permissions

---------------

1. Switch to any Hub module where you have admin access.

2. Go to Settings → User Roles.

3. Select a role (User, Manager, Admin).

4. Set Marketing to the appropriate level.

5. Save.

User-level settings

-------------------

User accounts are shared across Hub modules. When editing users:

  - Hub login fields (username, password, role) apply to all modules.

  - Time Clock and Price Comparison store settings appear only when you are in

    those modules in the switcher.

Tips

----

- Give front-desk staff View if they only need to look up customer consent.

- Give marketing or office staff Manage to run campaigns.

- Reserve Admin for owners or IT who configure reply-to and footer address.
