Use the assign wizard to place a customer on range with facility, session time, services, and optional MicroBiz billing.

Click Assign on a New waivers tile when a customer is ready to shoot.
WIZARD STEPS
------------
Step 1 — Intent
- New visit — create a new on-range ticket.
- Attach to existing — add a minor or second shooter to someone already on range (adults may pick an existing visit).
Step 2 — Facility and visit type
- Pick lane, classroom, or facility from the grid (scrollable on large stores).
- Choose visit type:
Included / member — no charge required
Paid range time — select a service SKU; session length defaults from product
Facility only — time on facility without a paid line item
- Set session length (presets or custom minutes).
Step 3 — Services and rentals (optional)
- Add range services and rental firearms to a cart.
- Use search and quick picks from Range Products.
Step 4 — Confirm
- Move on range saves the visit and places the tile in On range.
- If the cart has billable lines, you may be prompted to Start MicroBiz tab.
TIPS
----
- Members can move on range without adding a paid service.
- Non-members without line items may see a soft warning — you can still proceed if comping.
- Session timer always starts on the ticket even with no charges.
