Use the Range Day board to move customers from new waivers to on-range

lanes.

OPEN THE DASHBOARD

1. Switch to Range Management in the module switcher.

2. Click Range Day (or Dashboard) in the sidebar.

BOARD COLUMNS

-------------

Typical workflow columns:

  - New waivers — signed today, not yet assigned

  - On range — active visits with lane/facility assignment

  - Completed — finished sessions

Tiles show customer name, waiver status, membership, and POS sync state.

COMMON ACTIONS

--------------

  Assign    — Move a new waiver on range (opens assign wizard)

  SMS       — Send OtterSign reminder (manage+ role)

  Complete  — End a visit

  View tab  — Open MicroBiz order status

WAIVER REQUIREMENT

------------------

Lane assignment is blocked until the customer has a valid waiver. The system checks OtterSign at assign time.

TIPS

  - Use board search to find a customer by name or phone on busy days.

  - Review Signed Today for a list view of today's waivers.

  - Refresh is automatic on a short interval; no manual reload required for most updates.
