Control who can view the dashboard, assign lanes, and change range settings.

RANGE ACCESS LEVELS

  None    — No range screens

  Kiosk   — View dashboard; limited actions

  Manage  — Assign lanes, check in, SMS reminders, start MicroBiz tabs

  Admin   — Settings, lanes, products, conflict resolution

SET PERMISSIONS

1. Go to Settings → User Roles.

2. Set Range access per role.

3. Save.

USER SETTINGS AND TIME CLOCK

When editing users in the Time Clock module, you also configure punch roster and kiosk store assignment. Those fields are hidden when you edit users from Marketing or Range modules.
