Overview of Range Management in MicroBiz Hub — waivers, lanes, dashboard, and MicroBiz integration.
WHAT RANGE MANAGEMENT DOES

Range Management is the operational system for your shooting range:
- Waivers — OtterSign integration; valid waiver required before lane assignment
- Range day dashboard — see who is on range, assign lanes, track visits
- Facilities and lanes — configure lanes, classrooms, and schedule
- MicroBiz tabs — open POS orders for lane fees and rentals
- Customers — shared Hub customer records (also used by Marketing Hub)
BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. Your plan must include Range Management.
2. Configure OtterSign credentials in Range Settings.
3. Map your MicroBiz store number for POS webhooks.
4. Assign staff Range roles (kiosk, manage, admin).
ACCESS RANGE MANAGEMENT

1. Sign in to MicroBiz Hub.
2. Open the module switcher in the header.
3. Select Range Management.
FIRST-TIME SETUP CHECKLIST

1. Range Settings — OtterSign API key, store number, policies.
2. Lanes / Facilities — define lanes and classroom spots.
3. Range Products — SKUs for lane time, rentals (prices sync to MicroBiz at register).
4. Rental pool — firearms available for rent (optional).
5. Run a test waiver sign and assign on the Range Day dashboard.
