In order for you to access your vendor-specific pricing and availability in PriceCompare you will need to know your credentials for each distributor (for each store if you have multiple locat). Each distributor has a different process and method for setting up accounts and credentials. Here is a guide for each distributor to ensure you have the correct setup to access your pricing and product availability.
Once you have credentials, you can enter those into PriceCompare using the specific vendor tiles on the Supported Vendors page. To open sync and credential settings for a specific distributor, panel under “Distributors” tab by clicking on each Distributors “Configure” link.

Amchar uses API credentials to connect MicroBiz directly to Amchar's servers so that MicroBiz can request prices and availability based on your account credentials. You need to obtain these credentials from Amchar's IT department.

To obtain access to the catalog feeds for Bill Hicks, you need to request FTP credentials through your sales rep, who will then request this from their IT department.
These credentials will enable you to access Bill Hicks pricing and availability for your specific store via a folder within their password protected FTP website. The FTP user credentials from Bill Hicks will have:
-Username
-Password
-Directory path containing your information - such as '/MicroBiz/Feeds'

You will need to get approved by Bill Hicks for dropshipping and electronic ordering. Once approved, the Bill Hicks IT department be able to set you up with credentials that allow online ordering and dropshipping.
When emailing the Bill Hicks IT department, be sure to tell them that you are working with MicroBiz POS and that you want to be able to submit electronic orders directly from MicroBiz. They will need your customer number. Please copy support@microbiz.com on the email so we in the loop and can answer any questions.
CamFour

CamFour has an open API which allows MicroBiz to connect directly with CamFour's servers and request information using your credentials.

Chattanooga uses API credentials to connect MicroBiz to Chattanooga's servers so that MicroBiz can request prices and availability based on your account credentials. You need to obtain these credentials from Chattanooga's IT department.
Chattanooga uses a API “SID” and “Token” as credentials for their system. Example:

Once you have logged into your Chattanooga online account, API Credentials can be created or retrieved for your account using the Developers link in the left side menu. Or log into your Chattanooga account and click https://developers.chattanoogashooting.com/api.
You may need to contact your Chattanooga sales representative and have your account approved prior to this API token being available.

In order to obtain Davidson's product and inventory feed in MicroBiz, you must first log into your Davidson's online account. Then in your account screen, click on the Inventory Feed link. This will display your FTP credentials. If you do not see FTP credentials, contact your Davidson's sales rep.

Lipsey's requires a specific dropship enabled account for online ordering. To confirm whether or not you have a drop ship account setup with, login into your Lipsey's account. If you see a menu item labeled “DROPSHIP SALES”, then your account is enabled for online ordering and dropshipped sales. If you don’t see this, this isn’t your dropship account, and you need to request a change to your account. Contact your sales representative to set up your account for online ordering/dropshipping.
RSR

To obtain access to the catalog feeds for RSR, you need to request FTP credentials through your sales rep, who will then obtain the from RSR's IT department.
These credentials will enable you to access RSR pricing and availability for your specific store via a folder within their password protected FTP website. The FTP user credentials from RSR will have:

For RSR, you must have a fulfillment account that is setup in their “Live API” to be able to submit orders directly to RSR from MicroBiz. In order to ensure your account is setup properly, send a note to directconnect@rsrgroup.com asking to be set up with the 'Live API system'. Be sure to include your account numbers (main account # and dropship #) and that you will be sending orders from MicroBiz POS.

Sports South

Sports South uses API credentials to connect MicroBiz directly to Sports South's servers so that MicroBiz can request prices and availability based on your account credentials. You need to obtain these credentials from Sports South's IT department.
Sports South requires your account to be setup with a Web Services API password. In order to request a Web Services Password, send an email to help.desk@sportssouth.biz and ask specifically for your “Web Services Password”.
Your Sports South API username is typically a 4-5 digit number. The API Customer Number is also a number and is often the same value of the API Username. You API Password is also a number, and if often just the zip code on your account. So you could give that a try first before contacting the Sports South IT department.
