Once the initial setup is done, You can  bulk push products from MicroBiz to Woo. 

For this purpose navigate to the Catalog->Products. Check the needed products and click on the Push to Woo! button:

When pushing product to Woo! MicroBiz sends product name, SKU, attributes, categories(if set to yes in the integration setup), price, cost, inventory.

You can also pull existing products from Woo! by going to Settings->Integrations->WooCommerce->Linked Products:

You can import up to 100 product records at once by checking them and importing:

Note that if you are pulling a Matrix(Configurable) product, in Woo! it should have attribute variants, otherwise the pull will result to an error.

NOTE:  Only Simple and Matrix products can be pushed to Woo! or be pulled from Woo!
