Sometimes the emails sent from MicroBiz c n be blocked by gmail.

Your email is being sent by MicroBiz but being blocked by gmail because of the 'from' address.


So if the emails are not being delivered, first we would recommend changing the from address from the company settings:



If that doesn't work, you need to configure your mail account to be authenticated when sending through sendgrid's servers (our bulk email handler) by contacting your DNS provider.
