This training video discusses how to sync or bulk copy your contacts in FastBound into MicroBiz as customers.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  This video should be used by new users of MicroBiz which want to import their existing FastBound Contacts into MicroBiz as new customers.  It should not be used by existing customers of MicroBiz that want to link their existing MicroBiz customer records with their existing FastBound contacts.

Importing customers from FastBound when the customer already exists in MicroBiz will result in duplicate customer records.
