Question: I suddenly started receiving "Transaction Declined" messages on some or all of my registers. The error messages go on to say either "Invalid Login Credentials" or "Terminal Offline." What do I do to fix this problem?


Answer: Turn off all of your credit card terminals for about 10 seconds then turn them back on again. If that does not fix the issue, call MicroBiz Technnical Support on 702-749-5353 option 1 for further troubleshooting.
