  • Front Register Sales and Customer Orders – all activity in your front register is posted to QuickBooks General Ledger. This includes
    • Sales of Products and Services
    • Sales Tax Collected posted to QuickBooks Tax Center
    • Cost of Goods
    • Changes to Inventory
    • Order Deposits Taken, Refunded and Applied
    • Gift Cards issues and redeemed
    • Store Credits Issued and Redeemed
    • Cash Drawer Count over/under
    • Register Payments are posted to undeposited funds or other asset account
    • Purchases Made using MicroBiz Customer Credit Account posted to QuickBooks AR
    • Payments, service charges, credits made to Customer Credit Account posted to QuickBooks AR
    • Tips Collected and Paid Out
    • Register Paid In/Paid Out
    • Collection of Integrated Charge Service Charges
  • Sales, Cost of Goods and Inventory can be posted to separate General Ledger Accounts based on the products main category in MicroBiz
  • If you have a QuickBooks Online ‘Plus’ level subscription you can map your MicroBiz stores to QuickBooks Locations – this will be used in the General Ledger posting of activity.
  • You can define different GL accounts for different stores in your MicroBiz system
  • Vendor Shipments can be posted as QuickBooks AP Bill. This will record the bill to be paid and include freight. It will also update inventory based on the MicroBiz product’s main category.

  • Only 1 QuickBooks company can be linked to a MicroBiz Instance
