By default, the card manual entry is disabled at the blockchyp website

In order to activate the card manual entry please follow the next steps:

1.- Open your Blockchyp dashboard using the next link https://dashboard.blockchyp.com and log in using your Blockchyp username and password

2.- Click on the SETTINGS button and select MERCHANT PROFILE

3.- Go to TERMINAL SETTINGS

4.- Go to the bottom, into the "Manual Entry From Keypad" section and mark the Enabled checkbox and then press SUBMIT

IMPORTANT: By default, there is only a window of 30 seconds to enter the card manually. You can increase the Survey Timeout and Cooldown Timeout in the same page.
