Converting records from MicroBiz Cloud v1.0 to v2.0 requires the use of different templates than used by new customers importing product and customer records into Cloud v2.0 for the first time.  

The attached CSV file templates should be used to import the necessary data to MicroBiz Cloud v2.0.  Please download the selected CSV file, copy and paste the data from your export of records from Cloud v1.0, and import the data using the standard process.  

Note: Do not modify the template (such as inserting/deleting columns or changing column headings) or the import process will not work.

1. Simple Products - Template version 1: Use to import your previous Simple products from MicroBiz Cloud v1.0 into v2.0.
2. Matrix Products - Template version 1: Used to importing your previous Matrix/Configurable products from MicroBiz Cloud v1.0 into Cloud v2.0.
3. Non Inventory products - Template version 1: Used to import your Non-inventory products from MicroBiz Cloud v1.0 into MicroBiz Cloud v2.0.
4. Beginning Stock- Template version 1: Used to import beginning stock balances into the system. 
5. Customers Import - Template version 1: Used to import your Customer Non-inventory products from MicroBiz Cloud v1.0 into MicroBiz Cloud v2.0.
