The minimal length is 8 characters but longer passwords are safer. 

A long passphrase like '66 Dancing ducks run amok!' is easier to remember than 'Nq&7j9X#42eeWQ' and safer because it is longer. 

Password Rules:

• Minimum length  8 character 
• Password cannot be the same as the username
• The password must contain only latin characters and numbers.
•  Special characters !@#$%^&*-_  and spaces are allowed.
• Cannot contain "password" word.
• Password cannot start or end with a space character
• Cannot contain one repeated character for example ‘gggggggg’ is not allowed.

Additionally, note that there is no automatic password expiration in MicroBiz.
