Below are some common issues to check if you are having issues printing price labels:



Printer is not connected error

  1. If your printer is not connected correctly, you will see the below error message:

  2. To fix this error and resume printing, follow the steps below to connect the printer into an electrical outlet. The light on the power cycle rectangle turns green once power is connected.

  3. Connect your USB  cable from your printer to your computer's USB port. 

    NOTE: It's best to use direct connections instead of USB hubs and power cords.


Printer is paused error

  1.  If your printer is paused, you will see the below error message:
  2. As shown in the message, to resume printing, press the 'Pause' button on the printer.


Printer cover is open

  1. If your printer cover is open, you will see the below error message:

  2. As shown in the message, to resume printing, push the cover down to snap both yellow latches shut.
  3. Press the printer's Pause button to resume printing.

Printer is out of media error

  1. If your printer is out of paper, you will see the below error message:

  2. To fix this issue and resume printing, open the printer's lid by pulling the yellow latches towards you and lift the lid upwards.
  3. Pull the yellow roll guides apart and insert the roll with the labels face up.
  4. Release the the roll guides and push them together to make sure the roll is secure and turning freely.
  5. Pull the labels out past the cutter at the front of the printer.
  6. Push the labels under the roll guides.
  7. Flip the labels up to adjust the media sensor accordingly:
    • Normal, small, and alternative labels: align it to the default center position.
    • Jewelry labels: align it to the center of the label's black marks.

  8. Push the lid down to snap both yellow latches shut.
  9. Press the printer's Pause button to resume printing.
